I am so happy about going back to life. I am looking forward to swimming, scuba diving, kayaking, yoga, working out, dancing, gardening, or even the simplest pleasure of picking up my daughter. I feel happier knowing this has been successful and it is congruent with my philosophy of health, maintenance, and avoiding the knife.
