Jeff had great results with spinal decompression.  So much so that he is back to golf and working out,

My lower back pain has been reduced significantly.  I have gotten back to working in the yard as well as my golf game.  Non-intrusive treatment did the trick.  All my activities are easier including dressing, walking, sitting, etc.  I am still careful about heavy things though.  My outlook has changed since I can go to the gym to workout which reduces my stress.
