ByI have been seeing the same pain management doctor for years for herniated disc in my lower back.
Increasingly, my doctors prescriptions for pain killers weren’t diminishing my lower back pain. The pain was excruciating. Muscle relaxants weren’t helping either. My doctor increasingly mentioned the possibility of surgery, this I did not want.
